Thibault is an attorney at Taft who focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, startup companies, and general corporates matters. In addition, Thibault advises many French and international companies looking to enter the U.S. market through the creation of subsidiaries in the U.S. and/or the direct acquisition of U.S. businesses. Thibault’ client’s include startup companies, U.S. affiliates of French companies, as well as fortune 500 companies. Thibault is the chair of the Young Professional club of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Chicago (FAAC-Chicago) and heavily involved with the FACC-Chicago. Thibault is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas city (Bachelor of Business Administration), Indiana University Maurer School of Law (Juris Doctor), and New York University (NYU) School of Law (Masters in Tax Law). Thibault is fluent in French and English.
